Silicone Coatings

Not only is silicone coating eco-friendly, but it also offers several benefits such as waterproofing, anti-slip properties, abrasion resistance, thermal and fire resistance, and UV resistance. Metals and hot surfaces:  Silicone is known to withstand very high temperatures and also has anti-corrosion coatings. It can withstand sudden temperature changes up to 400 degrees C and is chemical-resistant, moisture-resistant, and water-resistant. Thus silicone coating is used in hot gas pipes, heating furnaces, exhaust pipes, chimneys, blast furnaces, and hot blast stoves to name a few.
